Outside Sales Representative
The candidate we are seeking has a current and solid sales background and territory as well as a clear understanding of what it takes to be part of a top performing team. Exceptional sales skills and an outstanding ability to communicate, organize and self manage are the attributes we are seeking in the appropriate individual. T2C is looking for a person who is a strategic thinker who has no fear of accountability. Ethics and morals are also required and expected. T2C has a number of established territories available; depending on the territory, (and your location within the territory) the job may require up to 50% travel and of Powersport Events.
Industry Overview
We have been in business for 5 years; we are the manufacturer of Two2cool Lubricants & Coolant Products. We have pursued a niche market in the powersports industry since our inception. Our industry includes: Retail, Powersport Distributors and Dealers. In addition to our original line of products we introduced a complete line of Motor oils, Coolants and Suspension Fluids products in the spring of 2008. We have a High Performance Automotive Oil line due out in the fall of 2008. We are positioned as a high quality Product line that is unequaled in performance, perfect customer service and excellent technical support. Our salespeople are industry professionals. We need a strong and proven track record of sales success accompanied by motivation and integrity.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal person for this position will have energy, drive, initiative and passion, a passion for selling as well as a passion for living. We need a solid candidate with character, values, commitment and goals. We am looking for someone with past accomplishments and successes; experience, education and competency. If you feel that you have the proven sales skills and an appropriate background to be considered a candidate for this position but lack the industry experience we may still consider you a viable applicant for this position. As mentioned above, this position may involve a significant amount of travel - perhaps as much as 50%. You will be driving and calling on account leads with a significant amount of cold calling as well. An ability to manage your time, plan a sales route and complete call reports are a necessity. High level Computer skills are absolutely required. T2C Prime Candidates are established multi line reps with existing routes. You should be experienced, energetic, and currently not representing a competing oil manufacturer. You will receive full support from T2C with dealer specials, marketing materials, and a growing national advertising, sponsorship contingency programs.

Compensation Packages
Depending on which territory you are considered for; this position offers a straight commission position, (some territories are more established than others). We believe in rewarding our team members for their dedication and success in achieving their goals, as well as bringing new insight and integrity to the overall team. After 1 year and the goals are achieved, salary and benefits such as 60/40health Care and 401K are available.
